About Anindita
Anindita Mukherjee is the founder of Posispirit. She is an ICF-PCC credentialed leadership and life coach, strategist, and trainer.
As the creator of Spiral Pattern Intelligence™ (SPI) and Split Coherence™ (SC), Anindita works at the intersection of psychology, nervous-system intelligence, systemic change, and leadership development.
Her coaching and facilitation bring together research, lived experience, and systemic literacy. She is known for her polyphonic style — combining the clarity of the strategist, the compassion of the witness, the depth of the mystic, and the playfulness of the child.
